Teaching Style and Universal Design for Learning

This one-hour program helps teachers identify their current teaching style through a guided self-assessment, then use Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to make lessons more accessible for a wider range of learners. Participants will examine how their usual methods affect engagement, access to information, and opportunities for students to show what they know. Using the UDL principles of multiple means of engagement, representation, and action and expression, teachers will create one practical adjustment for an upcoming lesson without redesigning their whole approach.
